Senior Project Manager
Are you passionate about the dynamic field of real estate?
Do you want to participate in the construction of fit-outs, primarily of an administrative nature, with overlaps into the residential and retail segments?
Can you ensure the smooth running of a project from preparation (planning of timelines, finances, and operations), through execution (communication with architects, contractors, and especially the client, supervision of adherence to delivery deadlines, quality, and price) to successful handover to the client?
If you can handle all of this and already have some experience, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our team, which pulls together as one and looks forward to having more teammates.
Designer
Do you enjoy designing and searching for the best technical solutions? Would you like to participate in the realization of fit-outs, residential projects, and retail, and become an important part of a team that advances projects from the initial idea to the final handover to the client?
With us, you will utilize your knowledge of Revit, which is essential for this position and a daily tool in your work. If you also master AutoCAD, that gives you an additional advantage. Your task will be to prepare drawing documentation, communicate with architects and suppliers, seek effective solutions, and oversee that the project meets the requirements, standards, and the client's expectations.
If you have experience in architectural design (ideally fit-out or development) and a desire to engage in various projects, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.
