The Timber Praha residential project in Prague's Řeporyje district represents the first sustainable wooden construction of apartment buildings in the history of the capital. The houses have BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and PENB in the most economical category A. A number of energy-saving elements such as heat pumps, geothermal boreholes, photovoltaic panels on green roofs, exterior blinds, underfloor heating, which will also be used for cooling in summer, are incorporated here.
